This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, book a session, or use our virtual reality services at our Moncton, New Brunswick location.

In-Arena Information

  • Gameplay-related information such as session duration or game selection

2. Payments

AtlanticVR does not collect, process, or store payment card information.

All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Square. When you make a payment, your payment information is handled directly by Square and is subject to Square’s Privacy Policy and security standards.

AtlanticVR experiences are recommended for kids 10 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental or guardian consent.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

10. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see where they come from, and Google Ads to learn which ad brought a visitor who booked, so we pay only for ads that work.

Both are on from your first visit. You can switch either off at any time in the cookie banner (Manage cookies) or with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; the change applies at once. Switching advertising off also removes the ad click id from your browser.

If you came from a Google ad and book while advertising is on, the ad click id (a random code Google adds to the link) is saved with your booking. It is never shared with anyone but Google, never contains your card details, and we delete it after 90 days. Your browser keeps that click for 30 days, and while analytics is on it also remembers for 30 days where your first visit came from (a search, an ad or a link), so a booking made when you come back later is linked to them.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec have Google Analytics and Google Ads switched off until they accept them.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
