Book a VR session in Moncton

This is the online booking of AtlanticVR, a free-roam VR arena in Moncton, New Brunswick. Pick how many players, the day and a free start time, and you see the exact price, tax included, before you pay. It takes about two minutes and needs only your email address, no account.

How booking works

First you choose the number of players, from 1 to 5, the day and a start time: only the times still free are shown. Then you enter your email address and your name, and pay online by card through Square, or pay at the arena when you arrive if that option is offered. The confirmation email has your order, the briefing for your group and a link to the order page.

What a VR session is

A session is a 60-minute slot with 50 minutes of gameplay; the rest is the briefing, headset fitting and sanitizing. Your group has the 1000 sq ft arena to itself: only one group of up to 5 players plays at a time, in wireless headsets, walking through the game on your own feet. You choose from 40+ VR games: escape rooms, laser tag, zombie shooters, party games and calm virtual travel. Want to play longer? Book two slots back to back.

Who can play

Players must be at least 7; we recommend ages 10 and up. Players under 14 come with an adult, and a parent or guardian signs the waiver for players under 19. No VR experience is needed: the staff briefs every group, fits the headsets and stays with you in the arena.

Price, codes and cancellation

The price is per player, and a group pays less per player than someone playing alone: it shows as soon as you pick the group size, and the total with HST appears before you pay. A gift card or promo code goes into the code field on the first step. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the session; later the fee is 50%.

Birthdays, team events and bigger groups

More than 5 people? Book sessions back to back, or take the whole arena for a VR birthday party or a team building event. Other questions are answered in the FAQ and on the contact page.
