No. Our staff briefs every group, fits the headsets and stays with you in the arena. Most guests are comfortable within minutes.

Players must be at least 7; we recommend ages 10 and up, and the staff helps you pick. Players under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and a parent or guardian signs the waiver of players under 19.

Yes. The arena is an open room with soft boundaries shown inside the headset, the staff watches every game, and equipment is sanitized between sessions.

The price is per player, and a group pays less per player than someone playing alone. Pick your group size on the booking page and the per-player price shows right away, before any date or email. A session is a 60-minute slot with 50 minutes of gameplay; the rest is the briefing, headset fitting and sanitizing. You see the exact total, tax included, before you pay.

No. Pick "Book & Pay at the Arena" at checkout and pay when you arrive. Online payments go through Square; we never see or store your card number.

It is the safe way: only one group of up to 5 plays at a time, so a walk-in may find the arena in use. Booking takes two minutes and needs only your email, no account.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours of the session the fee is 50%. To cancel, open your order from the confirmation email or write to us: refunds are made by our team, not automatically.

Every slot is 60 minutes with 50 minutes of gameplay. The remaining time covers the briefing, headset fitting and sanitizing between groups. Want longer? Book two slots back to back.

Yes, up to 5 players share the arena and the same game. Bigger group? Book back-to-back sessions, or a birthday or team-building package for the whole arena.

Free-roam VR is the most comfortable kind: you move by really walking, which is what keeps most people feeling fine. If you do feel off, take the headset off, sit down and tell the staff.

Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose jewelry.

Yes. Our headsets fit over most glasses, and the staff adjusts the fit before the game starts.

There is a party area next to the arena where you can bring your own cake and snacks for a party. No food or drinks inside the arena itself.
